How much does the app cost?
Caretivity is free to download and use by anyone. Anyone can start their own team and invite team members for free.
However, users are limited to creating one team for free. If you would like to create additional teams, please contact us and we can get you set up.
Is Caretivity secure?
Yes, Caretivity is HIPAA-compliant.
We take security seriously. The information stored in the app is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Only users you authorize can see your information.
Our data is stored in a secured, cloud-based data warehouse, which is used by many highly-regulated industries that use HIPAA-compliant and FedRAMP-compliant services.
We do not share or sell your information with any third-party company.
Do our clients have access to the app?
Whoever you choose to add, or not to add, to the team is totally up to your team.
Some teams prefer to add their clients and families for transparency, while others prefer to keep their conversations private.
However, we find that Caretivity is a great tool for engaging clients and parents in the conversation, giving them the opportunity to be involved in decision-making and allowing them to ask questions freely.
Is there a desktop version of Caretivity?
Caretivity is currently a mobile application only, however, a web version of the app is coming soon.
What devices does Caretivity support?
Caretivity is compatible with Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch running iOS 11 or greater, and Android devices running Android 7.0 or greater.
